Finalize The Agreement And Deposit

Each state has different laws, but an Agreement is the legal arrangement between the Buyer and Seller of a property.  Some states require a consideration in order for the agreement to be legally binding. This consideration is a monetary deposit to be held in the closing agent’s escrow pending the fulfillment of conditions, or the contingencies in the Agreement.

Document Your Agreement

If a verbal agreement is made, write  down all conditions and have both parties sign and date the document. This could save you a lot of time and energy in the long run.
