My only question is, why would you use anyone else? When you can have access to great expertise in the form of a personable, helpful agent who’s very responsive, knowledgeable, works extremely hard AND you pay less for the service. YFA’s flat-fee service is a no-brainer to me. Katie and I are starting our second round of buying/selling and I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received.
